Treatment Appointment

If you have the Korean National Health Insurance and you wish to see a specialist, since Gangnam Severance hospital is a tertiary-level hospital, you have to bring a referral letter from a local clinic in order to get the full coverage.
If you have International insurance which has contract with Gangnam Severance hospital, please ask them regarding gaurenteeof payment.
For some insurances, if there is no guarantee of payment letter by the day you have the appointment, you will need to pay outof your pocket.
For Tricare holders, since Tricare is a secondary insurance, if you have other insurance, please askthe International clinic billing department for the usage.
If you have insuracewhich our hospital does not have contract, you will need to self-pay.
